Holly leads Torch’s clinical services and serves as a care-management pharmacist. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Auburn University, then completed a PGY-1 pharmacotherapy residency and a PGY-2 critical care residency at Huntsville Hospital.

Her experience includes emergency medicine, critical care, transitions of care, and medication review. She is board certified in pharmacotherapy and critical care pharmacy and helps connect the team’s clinical work with each practice’s care plan.

Teresa is a pharmacy technician and patient care coordinator with experience in medication reconciliation, transitions of care, and healthcare operations.

She works with patients, pharmacists, and practice teams to organize questions, support follow-through, and help people understand the next step in their care. Patient education and clear communication are central to her work.

Whitney earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Samford University and has worked with Moultrie Family Pharmacies since 2019. She is licensed in Alabama and Tennessee and serves as a preceptor for pharmacy students.

Her work includes medication counseling, identifying potential interactions, and helping connect patients, prescribers, and pharmacies. She also brings experience with insurance questions, prior authorizations, and access to medications.

Monroe is a clinical pharmacist whose background includes critical care, anticoagulation stewardship, medication safety, and chronic disease management.

He built the Torch Wellness platform used by the team to organize patient workflows, document care, track clinical time, and support billing operations. His work connects clinical practice, technology, and the planning behind Torch’s growth.

Ben founded Torch Wellness and owns Moultrie Family Pharmacies, including Moultrie Pharmacy at Caddo, Moultrie Pharmacy at Langtown, and Trinity Discount Drugs.

He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Samford University. His work in community pharmacy informs Torch’s focus on accessible care and lasting relationships with patients and practices in North Alabama.

Zach joined the Moultrie Family Pharmacy team in 2013 and works on the technology and operational systems that support Torch’s clinical team.

A University of Alabama graduate, he helps with implementation, integration, and troubleshooting so the tools used by the team support the work of caring for patients.
