Understanding your costs

You might pay nothing. You might pay a little. Let’s find out together.

Every insurance plan is different. With some, our services cost you nothing. With others, there is a small monthly copay. We work with you to figure out exactly what yours looks like. We start by checking your eligibility, then we walk through it with you, so you can decide if you want to move forward.

1

We check your eligibility

We look at your coverage and confirm what applies to you. No cost, no commitment.

2

We talk it through

We explain what your plan means in plain terms, including any copay, before anything starts.

3

You decide

If it is a fit, you move forward. If not, no problem. The choice is always yours.

The simple idea

Think of it as one bucket.

Here is the whole idea, with no fine print.

1

Your normal appointments go in the bucket

The visits and labs you would have anyway slowly fill it up over the year. There is just one bucket.

2

Torch goes in the same bucket

If your plan has a small copay for our care, those drops fall into that same bucket. Never a second cost, never on top.

3

Once it is full, the rest is lighter

When the bucket is full, your insurance carries most of your costs for the rest of the year. Filling it a little sooner simply means more of your year is covered.

Questions patients ask us

The things people want to know.

Will I have a copay at all?
It depends entirely on your plan. Many patients have no copay. Others have a small monthly amount. We check your eligibility and tell you exactly what yours is before anything starts.
Will I really pay about the same overall?
Usually, yes. If there is a copay, it is part of the same yearly deductible bucket as your other care. Once that bucket is full, insurance picks up most of the cost for the rest of the year.
What if I never hit my deductible?
Some patients with few visits do not. In that case, a small service copay adds up to about the cost of one doctor’s visit a year for monthly pharmacist support.
Can I see the exact charge first?
Yes. Call your care team and we will walk through your plan’s deductible, your year-to-date spending, and what your service copay would look like on your specific coverage, before you decide.
